Hello guys, can you help to create this view (this form as default on the contacts )

This is called composite control, only applicable for few OOB attributes like Address, Fullname and this cannot be customized or created for any other entity/attributes.
But you can create similar experience using some bootstrap,css,js in HTML webresource.
Thanks, can you help with JS example? Can i coonect that in web - resource and select in form construction?
