We are preparing a proposal/complaint to Microsoft via our distributor about the persistent problems with inter Store Transfers not appearing at the receiving stores intermittently. This is a large issue for one of our customers and despite numerous support cases being raised we have never received a satisfactory fix from Microsoft.
Running an SQL Script to resend the transfers is not, in our opinion, a satisfactory work around. We would like the issue to be resolved once and for all and have the cause of the problem resolved as opposedto patching over the issue.
All I would like is for if you are a retailer to indicate that this is a problem for you, or if you are a reseller/partner, how many retailers you look after that this affects.
For us, it affects around 25 retailers.

I have the same question (0)This issue has been raised so many times though the years that it has become obvious that no amount of complaining is going to produce a fix. The best you can do is find ways around it by creating better reports to find when this problem happens, and reinsert the transfer back into the queue when it does.
