Customize - Close Opportunity

Hi,

As aware we cannot customize close opportunity form as it is LOCKED by Microsoft. 

So, i have created a new Entity as "Close Opportunity" and  loaded with some fields based on our business needed and by ribbon bench have changed close button custom action  and  map to close Opportunity Entity.

When doing Onclick "Close" button then it is not working, it suppose to open close opportunity entity.

Also can anyone help me how to capture data ?

    Hi Syed_Faisal!

    Could you please provide the screenshot from ribbon workbench to show how you "map" close button custom action to Close Opportunity Entity?

    In my opinion the best way to override out-of-box "close opportunity" dialog is to create custom web-resource.
