How to set up two layers of approval in Workflow and User Approval in BC ?

Hi Community,

I would like to have 2 layers of approval in Business Central.

Please advise using Screenshots how to set this up in Workflow and User Approval.

Hello Josh,

on this learning path, you can find related information on how to set up a workflow for more than one user.

By assigning incremental numbers to each approver in the Sequence No. field, you can define the hierarchy of users in the group. By assigning the same number in the Sequence No. field, you can define that an approval request can't be approved until multiple, equal approvers have approved it, regardless of the hierarchy.

you could set up the workflow approval using Workflow user group and create 2 groups. After group 1 approves, it goes to group 2
