Created one dash board for case management entity. I need pie charts and cone charts etc. But when i am doing the charts it always creates bar charts.
where i can change the chart type in CRM 2016.

We have a solution for this with Tenfold. It logs the number of calls received and handled and time spent on each call (which includes ringing time) and these can be viewed under your account's dashboard analytics stats. You can create charts for an entity in the solution and add the charts to the dashboard. Please refer the link below.

Basically you have to select shapes from the top of the chart, as shown in this url
For personal chart, shape appears next to the first series you have selected.
