"Next Stage"doesn't work in BPF

hello,

I have created a BPF, when I save the first stage, the button of next stage dosen't work, there is an errors "You do not have permission to access these records."

By the way, the next stage has some fields enable that the current user just have "read" privilege.

Is there anyone can help to solve this problem?

Hi, are you using crm 2016/Dynamics 365? If yes, have you checked BPF tab on the sec. role which is assigned to this user?

Hello Siyu,

It is not about the security role of Business process flow , since without role user will not be able to see BPF on record .

I guess if your BPF is covering multiple entity then please check that entity permission of "next stage" entity in assigned security role.

To cross validate this initially complete business process steps with admin credentials ,and if its working fine then its sure there is some issue related entity permission in security roles .

Wait, can we take a step back here? he will still see and be able to create a record with BPF on it, but not move to the next stage if users security role does not have "write" privelege on the BPF

yes, I have assignes all the privilege of Business Process Flows to this user, but it still doesn't work
