SQL Server Reporting Services Wizard - "Failed to map path - /ReportServer"

My client is trying to deply that standard SSRS reports that come with Great Plains.  In their case, they already have SSRS configured and functional on a separate dedicated SQL server.  The GP application resides on it's own server.

With that in mind, when we execute the final step on the SQL Reporting Services Wizard we receive the following message:  "Failed to map the path '/ReportServer'".  We can successfully open the Wizard and connect to the SQL server where the GP databases reside.  Our report server URL is the following:  http://crmsql01/ReportServer.

Can anyone offer some thoughts as to how to get around the error?  I'd appreciate any advice.  Thanks.

Jose

Hi The only way that I've managed to get around this problem is to install a GP Client on the SSRS server, Install the reports then remove the server. Regards Paul
