Not able to print receipt with barcode from POS

We are having a problem with printing receipts from POS with barcodes. Barcode is not printed on the receipt, instead, the receipt number is printed like this: <B: 1100002.

If someone has faced the same issue then please help.

Application is Store commerce.

    I am not able to redirect anywhere else at the moment. I haven't worked on Toshiba printer. The documentation says the latest driver is built on OPOS CCO 1.14.3, however I am not able to see the same on the Monorecs site. Can you try installing the CCO from the below link.

    Also, if you know some one from  printer manufacturer/partner side, they will be able to trace the requests coming from MPOS and tell exactly why it is not working. I have similar barcode and font issue in some non certified printer manufacturer's, the vendor's support did help.

    Hardware station: Dedicated

    version of MPOS. Store commerce - 9.36.22197.12 (D365 versjon 10.0.26, platform versjon 50)

    Opos printer model: Toshiba Type 6145-1TN, with the latest driver update

    can you suggest something on this?

    Looks like the printer is not parsing it properly. Which printer and driver are you using ?

    Please view the following document:

    What's more, please check if the fonts files which are required for the bar code to print are missing on the client machine.

    If the required font file is not available it is not printing.

    I have tried both the suggested solutions but it doesn't work. Is it possible to know more about the receipt designer and how the fields are bound in the background?
