Redirect Business Central SaaS Tenants URL

Hi,

We would like to redirect our company URL

https://bc.example.com

to our Business Central SaaS Tenants URL

https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/<tenant-id>/Production

We use Route 53 DNS service.

Please confirm how can I achieve this.

    Hi,

    You cannot do that with a pure DNS service - you need to create a website on https://bc.example.com that redirect browser requests to the BC SaaS Tenant URL.

    I have no knowledge of Route53, but it seems a quick google shows how to do this - they apparently have a automated system to set this up:

    https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/redirect-domain-route-53/
