Hi,

 

I have a client who runs GP 2010 and CRM 2011 both On Premise. They are looking to document integration of CRM and GP with SharePoint On-Line.

 

Is this possible and if so what are the technical challenges we need to hop through to make this happen?

    Hi Ben,

    Thanks for the prompt update. I had a quick look at the documentation and by all accounts this is exactly what we are looking for. Will update this post with results.

    I mentioned O365 in my original query but did not flesh it out - here is the query, So can we have O365 include the Outlook connector for (On Premise) CRM and at the same time have SharePoint Lists also available in O365 for document management offline document management with SharePoint being in a hosted environment?

    I know this would all be easier if everything were either all hosted or on premise, but our customer does not want to go the hosting route for their GP and CRM data, while costs of SharePoint and Office Pro make it difficult for mid-market companies to justify SharePoint and the latest versions of Office without going cloud.
