I developed a Business Central extension whose sole purpose is to extend Role Center pages and incorporate Power BI dashboards.

Initial situation:
Everything was working fine at first, but then I started experiencing various random errors in the Power BI dashboards:
1- No reports are enabled.
2- Failed to authenticate with Power BI. Try signing out and signing back in. This issue typically occurs if you no longer have a Power BI license or if you recently changed your email address or password.
3- You do not have a Power BI account. If you recently activated a license, it may take several minutes for the changes to take effect.
Actions taken:
I uninstalled the application, but the issue persists even without it.
I signed out of both Business Central and Power BI and signed back in.
I run Business Central in incognito mode.
I verified that the apps within the Power BI workspaces were free of errors, including connections to data sources.
I confirmed the status of my Power BI account (I have an active Pro license).
Key observation:
The issue only occurs in Environment A, where my app was published. In Environment B, everything works normally.
