We are trying to test the Expense Management Mobile App in Power Apps and we are not able to attach multiple receipts/bills to an expense report.

Hi - I am using the newish Expense Management Power App...it allows me to attach a receipt per expense...so if there are 10 expenses on one expense report, I am able to attach 1 receipt to each expense line, so 10 receipts on the report.

The app does not, out-of-the-box provide a regular way to attach to the header of the expense report...i know that for some businesses, that might be the procedure you prefer. One benefit of the specific receipt-to-line attachment is that you can take advantage of the OCR to get merchant and amount info matched up. Another is that you can set up policies that are specific to the line...say, for example, you want to require receipts for Airfare but not for Tolls.

If you are looking to be able to easily attach more than one receipt per individual expense line, you will have to modify the power app or have the users do it in the main UI. If you go the route of modifying the PowerApp, I would suggest looking at the page for receipts, and consider making a copy of that page, and then tweak it so that instead of unattached receipts it is expense-level (and expecting the context of a specific expense)...then you may be able to replace the existing expense page's receipt area with navigation to your newly copied receipt page.

Hi t4m7 - Thanks for your reply. I can now understand that it is a standard functionality of the app to only attach 1 receipt per expense line.
