Hi,
I have a requirement to add notes to the main Phone Call form in CRM. I added a notes field to this form but when I tried to add a note I realized it is not editable. It also shows Posts and I cannot add a post either. This client had migrated from CRM 4.0 to CRM 2013. I created a new form & tried to add notes but the result was same. I have the system administrator role. Am I missing something here? Please help.
