Managing endpoints for Finance and Operations

Hello,

Where would I be able to manage endpoints that are displayed out of telemetry in LifeCycleServices? Is there any MS documentation that fully explains environment monitoring and each of the "query names" under Raw Logs? I am gathering there could be a potential increase in SOAP calls to a particular endpoint and would like to get to the bottom of my issue. Also, would "more users" in the system come into play here, meaning a direct impact to interactive AOS servers? Does this put a drag on overall performance?

Thanks,
A

    Hi,

    Can you explain what exactly you mean by "manage endpoints that are displayed out of telemetry in LifeCycleServices"? From your question, I undestand you are concerned about an increased number of messages. You mentioned also "my issue". Can you tell what exact issue you have today?

    @Andre,

    Thanks for reaching out. A production environment has slow performance. Possible attribution would be the increase in SOAP calls to an endpoint called out in telemetry within LifeCycleServices. Where exactly would that endpoint be managed? Or where should I look rather? Does this help?

    Hi,

    Telemetry can provide information about slow queries and throttling because of too many calls. If the production environment is slow, you can check for long-running SQL queries or database (b)locks. If this doesn't provide insightful information the Trace parser can be used to analyze the coding and database calls in detail.
