Unsharp printout of notes

Ao realizar as impressões direto do Dinamics, as mesmas saem sem nitidez com a letra de cor cinza o que dificulta a leitura, porém se eu salvar o documento da nota e depois abrir com o leitor de PDF as letras ficam mais nitidas com a cor preta. Como corrigir esse problema ?

When I download the PDF and print it out the prints come out sharp.

Hi,

Have you tried to print the PDF from the PDF reader and check if the issue exists?
