Hi ,

I have question when i open some ( order line item ) records the (Existing product is disabled )  ?? i don't know why ? any idea ??

    It normally means that either the "Lock Pricing" option has been selected on the parent order, or the order is in a read-only state.

    If the order is still in an active state, look for the "Use Current Pricing" ribbon button. Click that, and the order lines should become editable again.

    I checked that but  i  don't understand whay somme orders (on active state has Lock Pricing   true) and others active records has Lock Pricing  fasel ?

    Lock Pricing doesn't exist on a quote record, only orders and invoices. On these entity types, look for the "Use Current Pricing" ribbon button or the padlock icon above the item subgrid:
