Price Management - Sales trade agreement Price Component - Line Price Attribute Group

Hi All,

I'm having an issue with Line attributes being considered in my sales trade agreements. I have created a Sales trade agreement price component which has both header and line price attributes groups associated as expected:

However, I can only get my trade agreements to work at header level, if I try use line attributes it will post but won't work in practice on SOs. So I have a trade agreement which says set price for French Customers (region/country FRA) at 100 and it will work to have all lines on the SO at 100 but if I try combine a line element to an agreement and say have all customers in USA and using product 1001 in the lines a price of 65, 65 will not come across on the SO lines. Has anyone had this issue with line attributes?

Thanks in advance

    Hi,
Here are a few considerations and potential solutions for your issue:
Attribute Setup: Double-check that your line attributes are set up correctly. Ensure that the attributes associated with the Line Price Attribute Group are configured properly at the product level. Confirm that the attribute values are populated for the specific product and country combination.
Trade Agreement Priority: Verify the priority of your trade agreements. If there are conflicting trade agreements for the same product and customer combination, the one with the higher priority may take precedence. Make sure that the agreement with line attributes has the appropriate priority.
Date and Currency Considerations: Ensure that the validity dates of your trade agreements are correct. If a trade agreement has expired or is not yet effective, it might not be applied. Also, verify that the currency settings match between the trade agreement and the sales order.
    Best regards,
    Kevin
