Job Card "Copy Job Tasks from..." Duplicate Tasks

I created a job in business central for use as a job template. When I "Copy Job Tasks from..." the tasks are brought over but they are also duplicated. See below screenshot and let me know if you have any insight.

Tasks "1" - "11" are duplicates of the tasks on job template. Tasks "923011-001" - "923011-011" are the only tasks I wish to see copied/created. Let me know if you have any questions.
