AbleBridge Editable Grid doesn't work in one CRM organization

Hello all,

There is a problem with AbleBridge editable grid solution on one of my customer's CRM organization. We get an error: License Error - Organization Mismatch for 'EditAble CRM Grid' (AB_200.2)

I've checked a configuration for this solution and it seems to be OK. Also this feature works fine on another organization. 

Has anyone had a similar problem and solved it?

    Hi Ann,

    I work with the Crowe Product Support team and happened upon your inquiry.  This error is showing that the Organization's Unique Name (can be found by navigating to Settings > Customizations > Developer Resources) does not match the Unique Name listed in your license.  

    This error can occur when applying a license to an organization that is not included in your purchased license, or if you have upgraded to Dynamics 365 online, which will cause the Unique Name to change.

    Hi Chris, Are the names case sensitive? If your org name is ABC123 but in the license file is says Abc123 will that cause an error?
