Hi,

After selecting item tracking lines I'm getting the below error.

But when checking the qty base the value is. Below check the below screenshot Qty

After checking I noticed that the qty handled (base) is 0.

Can anyone suggest a solution for the above issue?

    When you are using an item that is tracked by serial no. you can only have qty = 1 / -1 when your register transactions in journals.

    That is because each transaction can only represent one serial no.

    So create the number of journal lines with qty 1 in order to handle all the total qty you need to handle.
