    Hi,
There are limits on the length of these fields. If you want to extend the length of these fields, you may need to change the settings of the database tables, which have limits on the length of the fields.
On the other hand, the pages that display invoice No and PR name may need to be adjusted to accommodate longer field lengths. Otherwise, the data may be truncated or display incomplete.
Finally, any other features or pages that reference these two fields (including custom content or integrations) need to be checked to make sure that the length change has no effect on these content, either from the UI or from the possibility of unknown errors.
    Best regards,
    Kevin

    Hi,

Will not be an issue if you correctly extend these fields. You must be sure that all the related tables have been extended.
But as every each development, must be tested wisely and all the possible transactions need to be run before to use in live.

    Thank you all.

Does any tools be present to identify which tables, programs and reports are involved?

    thank again.

    Hi,

The only impact is on the reports; the dedicated field lengths may not be enough to print the entire number/name.
