Tab section disappearing when expanded CRM 365 online

Hi,

I am working on an online Dynamics 365 instance and one tabbed section containing a HTML web resource is disappearing when I expand it. I can see the web resource for a split second then the whole tab section disappears (including the label). The form loads fine and there are no tab state change events for the Tabbed section. Has anyone experienced this behaviour before?

I have also noticed that if I expand the tab in the form editor and then save & publish, the Tabbed section is missing when the form loads but if I collapse the tab then save and publish, the tab is showing on the form when it first loads. However it still disappears when I try to expand it once the for has loaded.

Hi,

Considering the statement "tab is showing on the form when it first loads. However it still disappears when I try to expand it once the for has loaded", it looks like you have some JavaScript within the HTML web resource which is causing this issue.

Basically, when you expand the tab, it loads the HTMl web resource and if there are any script which is running on load then it will trigger that.

Check if you have script on the HTML Web Resource. You cna also share your html web resource code here to verify if its is because of the scripts.
