Power automate at sales order

Hi Guys,

i want to build a simple power automate flow with my business central sales order screen.

For example, if i update my shipment date at sales order, some email will be send to my customer.

Is that possible ? If yes, can give me some guideline how to do ?

    Given the shipment date isn’t in the standard connector you could look at using this method: docs.microsoft.com/.../connectors-native-reqres

    If you have a codeunit that is subscribed to changes on the sales header for you chosen field then you can use the endpoint created in power automate or logic apps to trigger follow on actions

    Other method would be to create a web hook: demiliani.com/.../

    Some additional thoughts as work around to the api/connector as standard. Use a condition on the “Fully Shipped” field and status. If false and released then do a http call to a web service published from BC to verify if the shipment date is after today’s date. If yes then send an email. I’m doing a session for BC Tech Talk and I intend to talk about working outside of the connector with BC data.

    You can use your Business Central data as part of a workflow in Microsoft Power Automate for more info :
