MS Dynamics GP Runtime error '-2147217843 $80040e4d$', [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Login ailed for user 'sa'.

Dear Experts,

I have a critical situation after upgrading the GP10 to GP2010, all the  vba code is generating lots of errors and the main error is Runtime error '-2147217843 (80040e4d)', [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Login ailed for user 'sa'.

Due to this error users are unable to complete the transactions and print reports.

Kindly assist me to fix this issue.

OS: Windows 2008

GP : 11.00.1708(sp1)

SQL: 2008 R2

    Do you know what the method used in VBA? is the SA password hardcoded or the developer used USERINFOGET to retrieve connection information?
