How to change activity menu

Hi ,

My current activity menu has been customized and looking like below image

I want to change this to default activity menu  like below screen shot. Please advice me how to do that

    Hi Dynamicsss,

    You have not included your screenshot, but to convert a custom activity menu to a default activity menu all you need to do is remove the customisations.
