Hi Team,

For one of our application, we are planning to develop / host using Dynamics 365 Portal / Dynamics 365 as solution option.

The app contains Highly Confidential data (like Social Security Number). So, we would like to know on whether we can use Dynamics 365 Portal/ Dynamics 365 for Highly Confidential data? Please share if there are any documentation or guidance available on this.

Appreciate any inputs.

Thank for sharing the references. We are finding no direct answer on whether as a platform Dynamics 365 portals are ready to host Highly confidential content or not. Is this something that is available at the product level.

You can use the facility of encryption for storing your data in Dynamics 365 CRM. Here is a resource that will help you.
