Generate EFT File

Hello,

We have GP 2015 and are trying to implement EFT. I have found material online on how to setup the EFT and transmit a "NACHA" file.

There is an option on all of the videos for " Generate EFT File" which I do not have. How do I add the option to the "Purchasing" cards?

Please advise.

Thank you.

Hiren

    Hi There:

You need to setup your Bank EFT information and then each Vendor's EFT information and then you will generate an EFT Payment Batch.  After you print/email the remittance you will post the batch - at that point you can go in and generate the EFT file to send to the bank.

    Hi rajaa,

You do have the option: Generate EFT File in your screen shot.  It's in the middle of the bottom section:

Click on Tools->Setup->System->Registration. Click on EFT for Payables and the Generate EFT file will appear under Transactions->Purchasing.
