Disable "Pending Email Approval...Email can't be processed for some users..." message

We are using Dynamics CRM Online and users are receiving the following message every time they log into CRM:

"Pending Email Approval - Email can't be processed for some users and queues by the Email Router or server-side synchronization until their primary email addresses are approved."

Server-side synchronization is set up and working correctly, as users are receiving test emails, when the Test & Enable option is utilized.

Is there a way to disable this message, instead of having to approve all CRM users' primary email address?  If possible, we only want a group of people to have their email addresses approved, not everyone, but it looks like everyone's primary email address needs to be approved to stop the message from appearing.

Thank you.

Paul

To remove the message to appear again you can follow below solution.

You should do advanced find  for email messages where status is Pending Send, you can either resolve the pending send issue or delete the activity if neccasary

    Or

    If you have CRM  On Premise you can turn off the warning with a registry edit;

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRM

    Name: DisablePendingEmailReminder

    Type: DWORD

    Value: 1

To process email of approved users only please go to settings>>Administration>> System settings.

    Hi Paul,

Click on the link on the message "Approve email address of users".  On that view, select the users and click on the "Approve Email" button.

    Hope it helps you.

Thank you, Saad, but I am not receiving a message for pending emails to be processed.  Instead, it is a message stating that primary email addresses need to be approved.

    Hi Paul,

You can do in the way which I suggested before.

Click on the link on the message "Approve email address of users".  On that view, select the users and click on the "Approve Email" button.

    Refer the threads below.

Thank you, Nithra, but I am not receiving a message for pending emails to be sent; instead, it is a message stating that primary email addresses need to be approved.  It looks like from your posting that all users need to have their email addresses approved to eliminate the message.  Is that true?  If I enable a person's email address, will the message stop appearing for that person, or, does everyone's email address need to be approved to get rid of the message?

    Thank you.

    Hi Paul,

That is default behaviour of CRM to ask user to approve email. For your particular scenario, You can follow the below workaround:

    1. Uncheck Process email for approved users.

    2. On user form create a boolean field to check whether user needs to be approved or send email.

    3. On change of this field make primary email mandatory.

Hope it helps. Not an elegant solution but will work

You can check for Pending approval mails view in user's views:

I think all the users will get rid of the message by clicking on the link on the message "Approve email address of users".
