Fixed Asset Write down revalue the acquisition cost of fixed assets with a negative amount.
Fixed Asset Appreciation revalue the acquisition cost of fixed asset with a positive amount.
Fixed Asset Depreciation, a systematic reduction of the recorded cost of a fixed asset.
