I created a theme on CRM dynamics 2015 update 1 and set it as default but it didn't take effect, even on preview changes it reload the page with the default theme colors

Please note that I cloned the default theme, modified the values and added a logo, saved it and published the theme. As explained in Microsoft blogs and videos on youtube

    Have you tried different browsers?

    Clear all your browser cache(like form data and passwords) and then try again

    It should work. Can you please create it from scratch and check.

    Yes I did that, in different browsers with clearing the cache

    I noticed that it showed up in other users, but not on the user I changed the theme in

    I have the same issue.  I created from scratch, cloned the system default and made changes and neither shows up with my login.  If I login as a different user I see the new theme.

    Does anyone have any idea as to why?

    I had the same problem. I found that in the user settings I had "high contrast mode" set and this mode ignores the theme. If it is on, turn it off and your theme should work.

    It was solved by uncheck high contrast mode in user options

    Gear->options->General->Uncheck enable high contrast
