I created Email Notification Workflow from this guide (https://itsolutions.bdo.ca/insights/how-to-create-an-email-notification-workflow-in-microsoft-dynamics-crm-2015/).
Everything working fine except one thing with link to sales opportunity. When email recipient trying to open link, he is redirected to sales opportunity and its ok. But when recipient will forward this email from CRM to some one else, this person (with all permissions to open this sales opportunity) trying to open link, getting error.
Any one could explain me how this generating links working? And what is wrong?

yes, you do not have any way to change it via oob method, unless you want to create custom workflow to generate the link yourself.
I found the way :)
CRM working fine, but Outlook make a problem (www.msoutlook.info/.../56) 2 MS systems... :)
I think there is no any way to change hyperlink coding in CRM?

i tried in my environment, i forwarded the email, but the url is not changing, i think you should try it yourself.

what if you copy the url that is sent in first time and share to that user, can he/she open it without error?
