Deleting the Setup USER for MSCRM

Hello there, how are you today?

 Thank you for be reading my post. Today I'm facing an issue (hopefully not), this is because the user I used it to install the MS CRM will lose the rights of the Active Directory, so I don't really know if this will have a negative impact in my system. After this will be possible to add more new users? will be possible to update the existing ones?

    Hi

    If this AD account will be removed, better to make sure you do the following

    01. Open the Deployment Manager and make sure you have other users added to Deployment Administrator

    02. Make sure you have other users with Sys Admin Role

    03. Make sure none of the CRM services or Reporting Services use this account

    04. Before you disable this account AD level, make sure you re-assign all the records to a new Sys Admin Account

    05. And please note, its always good to test everything with the new account before you disable this at AD account.

    Hi Mr. Kokulan,

    In the company where I work, they decide to revoke to some of the users the Admin rights to the Active Directory, so the user itself will continue existing, the problem is that the user will not be able to add/remove users to the MS CRM AD groups.
