Best way to export data from D365 when there are more than 200000 rows?

I have a request to export the hierarchy for a certain client that is over 200000 rows.  What is the best way to export this?  I have already tried the Org DB Settings, but that didn't work. I get the following message, "

Error

An error has occurred.

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.
 "

Not sure what else to try.

From UI  only way is to split records with certain filter condition using advanced find and export multiple file and  then merge. There is a limitation of export data size and rows ( 100,000) in dynamics 365.

Fire up your Visual Studio and page through all the records writing to a database table.  KingswaySoft may be the easiest play.

I also need to reimport the data...is this still the best option?  I don't have Visual Studio, so if that is needed, whatelse is there?

You can join/download Visual Studio Community for free as well has use the KingswaySoft developer license at no charge.  Yes, the KingswaySoft software can go in either direction though you have to think of it in terms of update not re-import.

What table in the database holds the Client Hierarchy information?
