New to RMS! Would like to have an in-depth understanding through online training. Could anyone tell me where I can sign up? Thanks a lot in advance!

It looks like you have an offer to assist. If that doesn't fit, we might be able to help but I would want to know a little more about your store and who you would want trained. Do you need Front-end POS functions or primarily Back-end functions. Or if you don't know, we can start there also. Good Luck.
If you would like to do self-training, you can download the training material from customer source assuming that you have an access. There is a steep learining curve, if you are not familiar with RDBMS system for advanced queries to run. But it not that bad for getting started using online training manuals [i.e., functional and technical]. Alternatively, you can always use training provided by partners or Microsoft which is less time consuming and getting good tips and tricks.
Thanks Pappu! I do have experience on computer hardware and software including RDBM, but only a minimal for RMS. The worst thing is I do not have to Microsoft Customer Source. Do you have any link which I could subscribe to Microsoft Dynamics RMS training or service plan? I have tried 2 days browsing the Microsoft websites and calling the 800 numbers without success!

It would be nice if there was a comprehensive online guide but unfortunately there isn't. Your best bet is going to be to read the manual as well as documentation on major releases. Or contact a partner and pay for some training. Our company has been working with RMS since day 1 and we have some pretty stellar trainers. You can get a solid working knowledge of the software with one of our trainers in about 4 hours.
