Facing error while changing Status of Sales Price List From "Draft" to "Active".

We are creating Price List Lines through code, so for that purpose, firstly we are assigning the Price List Header's status = Draft. and after that creating/inserting Price List lines. Till here everything is working fine. But while again assigning price list Header status = Active, we are facing an error.
The standard system code checks whether any duplicate price list lines are available or not, if yes then it is trying to open a page to show the same at that moment system gives a strange error.
