Hi ,
Unfortunately you can not hide this button any supported way.
Hi,
you cant hide the button, however you can write some script to prevent user back to previous stage.
1. JS
2. Workflow within BPF.
Hi Wei Jie Fun,
I had written some script on that in on-load Event .Normal UI it was hidden.
but in Unified Client Interface (UCI) it was not hiding.
Thanks,
Firoz
Hi Firoz,
As mentioned above, there is no supported js to hide this. Can you share what script you are using?
Hello,
What is the problem with Back button ? why not you are doing necessary supported customization if you have any impacts doing back instead of hiding the button?
I would still suggest don't go for unsupported customization , this will break anytime when MS release new version.
You can share here your problem doing back button so that might be people can suggest something alternate options instead of hiding . Or you can train user accordingly not to do Back button.
The script that I was mentioned is not meant to hide the button, but to prevent user move to previous stage.
- using OnStageChange , apply the checking, if user move to previous stage, cancel the save operation
docs.microsoft.com/.../onstagechange
docs.microsoft.com/.../preventdefault
2. Workflow / Plugin
- trigger on stage change, apply the checking, if user move to previous stage. Throw meaningful error.
