No access to trial environment

Hi team,

I have signed up for a trial environment, but when I try to access it, I end up with this on the screen:

    Hello Claus, sorry to see you are getting this error, I will help you solve it. Please go through these steps:

    • Delete your browser cookies and close the browser
    • Open your browser in Private or Oncognito mode
    • Go to https://digitalsupplychain.microsoft.com/ and try signing in with the credentials you entered during the trial sign up

    Let me know if this works.

    Hi Juan,

    I tried to open the page in incognito mode, and I get the below error now.

    If I go in without the incognito mode, I get the following again:
