unable to print the shipping label

user is unable to print the shipment packing slip, the option for printing the label is disabled as shown in below figure

I have the same question (0)

    Hi vishal,

    You can go to Warehouse management > Setup > Containers > Container packing policies. And try to set up relevant parameter information.
