Add Quote Quick Create to Account Ribbon

Hello All,

When I have an account record open and want to add a quote using the quote quick create form, the quote option isn't available in the account quick create ribbon.

How do I add quote to the ribbon? I have Allow quick create checked in both the account and quote entities.

    The first things to check are:

    1. Whether the 'Allow quick create' option is enabled for the Quote entity (under Data Services) in the entity metadata

    2. Is there an active quick create form for the Quote entity (there is by default, but it may have been deactivated)

    3. If security roles are enabled for the active quick create form, is the user a member of one of the enabled roles
