Importing data from excel to AP module of GP

Hi,

Is there anyway, we can import data from excel to AP module of GP without using smart connect or any other connecting software. Or is there any software available free of charge. Please advise.

    RAN,

    Yes it is possible. You can use Table Import but it does not validate data. I will recommend to use Dynamics GP Macro it does validate data.

    Below is link from David can help you lot on creating Mail-Merge. I have use GP Macro so many time instead of using  Integration tools.

    Check out this solution. It is not free but it is very reasonably priced.

    If you have a few invoices with large distributions, I made an add-in that allows you to paste the payables distribution into GP (free). jamesdlyn.wordpress.com/.../gp-paste

    If you have a lot of invoices though, I would say to go with integration manager which should come with your installation.
