Document manager in NAV - is it possible to bulk extract all Documents?

Dear Forum,

We've acquired a company that holds all its financials in NAV. I've not seen this tool before, i don't have a licence. I've been asked to extract all the documentation from the system. Is this possible? 

Would i be better off getting a dynamics licence and migrating? Any info would be really appreciated.

    Hi Ronan,

    If you have an end user license then you can extract all documents. Use Rapid Start services to extract all the documents in excel and then use where you want. If you want to extract these in PDFs etc. then run the related report and save as pdf.

    Is there a way of, or how would you, download each document (purchase invoices & Sales invoices) as separate pdf's?

    we need Every record out of the system in case of a future audit.
