Bank Reconciliation - Total Balance field does not equal Balance To Reconcile field

What are we supposed to do when the Total Balance field in the Bank Statement Lines pane does not equal the value in the Balance To Reconcile field in the Bank Account Ledger Entries pane?

According to the docs found here:

docs.microsoft.com/.../bank-how-reconcile-bank-accounts-separately

"When the value in the Total Balance field in the Bank Statement Lines pane equals the value in the Balance To Reconcile field in the Bank Account Ledger Entries pane, you can choose the Post action."

I have a brand new bank that after the first month of reconciliation, these two fields don't match and I have no clue how to fix it:

    The mentioned field is calculated from the bank ledger entry table using these filters:

    Bank Account No. = Bank rec. bank account no.

    Open = true

    Reversed = false

    Statement status = open or bank acc. entry applied or check entry applied

    The value is the Amount field as a calculated sum for that bank account

    I think the main field that stops posting is the statement ending balance and the total balance not being the same

    If you run the table directly for bank account ledger entries you can find the line or lines that the 45 relates to. Might be leftovers from another bank rec.
