Recipient's email provider rejected response by creation cases

Hi everyone,

When i send automatically email to response clients that require cases, then show me this error

Can you tell me how i can resolve that?

 

I'm using CRM online trial 2015, Outlook client and Office 365 E3 trial.

    You might want to hide the specific email address for that person.

    you need to work with their email provider and see why you're getting flagged as spam. They might need to add your mail servers as legit servers, or at least your domain.

    Hello,

    You can go through the below link. The domain is added into White list to fix the issue.

    I am able to login to the site with my Hotmail account. What is the error message you get when you click on Sign In.

    Recently, i could login into the page but i don´t know what to place in field "Recipients".

    Who must to receive the private message?
