QC quarantine inventory

Hello experts, 
 
Is there a way to quarantine inventory to not be counted in the available inventory by the bin code in a location?
 
We would like to find a way to quarantine inventory for QC whether it needs to be reworked or inspected and not counted in the quantity on hand during MRP planning.
