Power Automate And BC When a record is modified(v3) it's not triggering

Hello,
 
I am new to power automate and I tried to make a simple flow,  When a record is modified to send an email.  I did the Flow in a sandbox of my company and it works, when I try to do the same thing on a sandbox of a client the Flow it's not starting. I made an API Page based on that table, I added the API Page to the Web Services.
 
Does someone have an Idea?

    Hi, first of all, we cannot connect to Web Service (Odata) in Power Automate. So if you can select it, it means you have customized an API page?
    The API page does not need to be published to the Web Service again.
    Although it's not exactly the same, hopefully the following examples can give you some hints.

    Before commenting its working on not please check with standard API pages published by Microsoft.
     
    If it works with standard API then its an issue with your API pages otherwise check your power automate license.

    Hello,
    Thank you all, in my case the problem was that I was trying to trigger the flow with my account, not an account from our Client.
    @YUN ZHU actually your post gave us the idea, we visit your blog weekly.
