Someone knows how install Integration Manager (IM)?

Install it from the Dynamics installation DVD, it's in this folder: \AdProd\IntMgr

You can also install it from the command line/.bat file. That's helpful if you're installing it on a number of client PC's.

I guess your installation package file is corrupted. Try to extract/reload the package files from GP installation DVD.
