Why is a toggle button not showing as a toggle button when set to NO?

Hello,

As per the image below I have a set of Yes/No fields on my form which are set up as toggle buttons.

The problem is that when they are set to no the field shows as a horizontal line rather than actually showing the toggle button and saying No. If the field is set to Yes then it shows fine.

I can confirm that all four fields are configured exactly the same way.

Many thanks.

    Hello Kamilcmm.

Could you provide a bit more information?

Is this occurring on Web Client or on mobile?

    What browser are you using?

    What is your CRM version?

I tested this scenario on Web Client and it's working fine (see below).

This is CRM and UCI version:

If you'd like we can try to help here. In the end if you have other problem with this, you can also open a support case with us, for further help.

The only configuration that was done was add a Flip switch control.

    Thanks.

    Hi Filipe,

    Many thanks for your help.

I have added the flip-switch control to all the fields and now works perfectly fine.

The Flip switch Control is depricated. Microsoft recommends to use the Toggle control. The control doesn't even appear anymore in updated instances.

The reason why your control is not showing is because the field has no value set (not yes, not no). This happens when you create a new field, even if you set the default value to "No". The value will only be set for new records. If you check in Advanced Find, you will see that only new records have values.
