Hi, Could you please elaborate your question and also upload the images again?

If the user is able to see/read all queue items then you need to control this in the security role access level.

    Hope it helps!

    Many thanks,

    Hi roya_khalili ,

to view only queue assigned to you, you need to set Your Role > Core Records > Queue like the following image.

Please let me know if you solve.

    Hi roya_khalili,

if you havent admin access to queue item you cannot modify this behaviour.

The only thing you can do to limit the list to your own queue is to create a view through advanced find with the following filter:

Queue where Owner is equal to current user

Then save it and use it as your default view.

This way you can have only your item shown in queue list.

    Hope it helps!

    Let me explain my problem.

I am the administrator and I can change all security role.  for example, user A has access to view her appointment that owns her. but notice that when she views another queue, she can view all appointments but when clicks on them CRM alerts security error. I think it's better that she doesn't see appointments in the queue even.

Queue Item Security Roles only apply to queues and the records they contain, not to the users who own the queues. I have to order resume writing services so that I complete my work on time. However, they do apply to public groups that own queues. The Organization-Wide Default for Queues is set to Private; you must update this setting if you want to share records in queues with other users.
