Permission Errors - Using the Business Application App (not Brower) + permission sets checked to be good

Hello Everyone,

We have two BC users have the exactly the same permission sets.  One of the users using the BC App had the permission error when posting a sales order. I checked the user permission are perfected and should not have any issue. I am not sure why this happened,

Any suggestions? Thank you.

    Hello - This issue can occur if you've assigned the user a mix of User-Defined permission sets, and default permission sets with a Blank Company column.  I would recommend defining specific companies the user should have access to for each permission set assigned.

    My understanding is that when you have a permission set assigned to a user with no company specified, it just grabs the first company in the list.  So you might be in a scenario where you have permissions assigned correctly on the companies you want the user to access, but the company it is checking when they sign in doesn’t have that permission.
