I am trying to get these records of tenant media table

but this data is of overall records stored in this table, I want to see that in 2024 what is the record size, data size and size(KB) of tenant media table.

I was successful to get the No of records by creating a simple query of tenant media and after extracting the excel by counting the rows but the record size, data size and size fields data based systemcreatedat filter of specific year or month, I am unable to get.

The purpose of doing this is to see how much data is stored in a year in Tenant media, How to achieve this please guide or provide a solution.
I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

To calculate how much data was stored in the Tenant Media table for 2024, you need to filter records by System Created At and sum the size of the BLOBs in the Content field.

The easiest way is via SQL and if SQL access isn’t possible, create an AL report or query that loops through filtered records and uses Content.Length to compute size, then sum and display totals.

Admin Center only shows overall table size, not by year, so SQL or AL is the practical solution.
